Some issues noted

stained duvet moldy shower screens
The check-in process was straightforward due to my pre-registration and the staff were generally cute. The location is definitely a plus.
My room had a major issue. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet. I found mold on the plastic seals of the shower screens in the bathroom (it was pretty disgusting).

mixed feelings about my stay

sticky remote insufficient towels
the location is convenient as it is a few minutes from the train station.
the room felt dated and not particularly clean!!! the tv remote had sticky residue on it, probably chocolate. when i asked for more, i got only one extra towel, far from enough.

my standard queen room sofa featured extra pillows in the wardrobe. the staff displayed a friendly attitude and professional demeanour. the shower was powerful, and the toiletries included were good quality rituals products.
the wi-fi connection felt a little slow at times.
